Kuwait – Mubasher: Warba Insurance Co. said on Thursday it approved selling its entire stake in Kuwait Reinsurance to Al Ahleia Insurance, according to a bourse statement.
Warba’s stake in Kuwait Reinsurance amounts to 5.625 million share and was sold to Al Ahleia Insurance for 200 Kuwaiti fils per share.
Warba Insurance Co. is capitalised at KWD 17.27 million, distributed across 172.7 million shares at 100 Kuwaiti fils par value each.
